Known as Beaver Bank Villa, the site has a long history, and many years ago housed housing units, a community center, fire station, school, church, grocery store, etc. (all demolished in 2004) to support workers at a nearby military radar base that operated in the 1950s and 1960s. All that remained were the paved streets and driveways on which the make-believe town was built.

Seasons 1 and 2 were great, but they unnecessarily extend the episodes of season 3, which is annoying

Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be) written by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans and performed by the Pixies. The season 3 episode was good, but after that they just pile up with some moments that don't emotionally connect us to the situation, and I mostly triggered several unwanted conversations with the characters. It used to be very emotional, but now it has become a drama that seems inappropriate.

Maybe they have another season planned

I think after the first episode of season 3, the remaining 8 episodes can actually be compressed to a maximum of 3 episodes. But this method of extending episodes is not ideal because most fans find it irritating, myself included. I hope they fix that next season.
