It follows three very different families who compete to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style villa that they believe will solve all their problems. Dennis Leary and Ray Romano appeared in Ice Age (2002–present). It’s easy to get a little nervous when such big names are involved in a Netflix limited series. But this cast really seemed to come out and hit all the marks. Ray Romano and Lisa Kudrow have a certain chemistry that was perfect for this story. I’m always happy to see Linda Cardellini in a role like this. Great pacing, reasonable tension, lots of comedic relief. For once, I wasn’t expecting a twist at the end, and every plot line was resolved in the final episode. I really enjoyed it! I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a palette cleanser in this new, fast-paced world of streaming.
